We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Emergency/Single Visit PaymentsFor single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders and credit card payment (MasterCard and Visa).
Multiple Visit Payment Options- Option 1: Full Payment at the Time of Service
- Option 2: Open Account Payment Plan
Treatment fees divided into 2 or 3 equal payments
For those individuals desiring a more flexible payment plan, the open account plan may be the best choice. This plan allows for three equal payments to be paid out over a period of three months (the first payment of one-third is due at the time of treatment, the second payment is due one month after treatment and the third and final payment is due two months after treatment).
- Option 3: For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, outside financing is available.
